I got his Schedule but he doesnt follow it at all. I have been at every city hes supposed to be in at the correspodning time, but he just isnt there. The quest marker is set on some random road near Dragons bridge, where there is also no Gaius. Ive tried spawning and killing him, but that doesnt count.
